On 21^st December, a delegation of 17 international postgraduates, led by Professor Cheng Feng and other 3 teachers from Research Center for Public Health Tsinghua University visited International Education College.

International Master of Public Health (IMPH) program of the center is one of the Chinese Government Scholarship Programs, aiming at strengthen national soft power and cultivate excellent international talents of knowing China and being friendly to China along the One Belt One Road regions and countries. The field trip is designed for students to have an idea of current situation of economic construction and social development as well as the achievement and experience in the reform of Health Services in China.

Professor Cheng Feng, Deputy Director of Research Center for Public Health Tsinghua University delivered a lecture titled China’s Proposal to Global Health in A New Era to share his vision on Public health worldwide. Postgraduate students from IEC shared academic opinions with those from Tsinghua University with regard to the treatment of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine on global diseases, China’s assistance to African countries and Conquering of global diseases. A tour to the Zhejiang Chinese Medicine Museum was arranged afterwards.
