A grand gala was held in Auditorium Binwen Campus on Friday evening in celebration of the achievement in the year of 2018.

A hot Indian dance initiated the Gala followed by an awarding ceremony for the outstanding students in extracurricular activities in the past year including scholarship winners, outstanding interpreters of IEC and prize winners in school football game and sports meeting. Wang Ying, Deputy Dean of IEC, delivered a speech to express her sincere thanks and wishes to all IEC staff and students for supporting her as the captain of the ship and all the wishes for the coming year.

Tango, Indian dancing, Fashion show and dumb show are just the tip of the iceberg in the splendid Gala. The singing by head teachers of IEC and the sitcom from Class of 2017 pushed the Gala to an exciting climax and warm applause lingered at the venue.

The gala ended with a song This is me expressing the gratitude students harbor for IEC. Through art forms such as singing, dancing, plays and poetry recitals, the gala gave full expression of the love of students and teachers for the big family.
