【安全交通 平安工大】浙江工业大学2025级国际新生交通安全教育大会顺利举行

10月17日（周五）晚，浙江工业大学2025级国际新生交通安全教育大会顺利举行。朝晖校区会场设于存中楼一楼报告厅，屏峰校区会场设于健行楼一楼报告厅。大会特邀朝晖校区交警中队李再明警官与西湖交警大队留下中队铁骑队员张晓伟警官担任主讲，围绕电动自行车安全骑行与防御性驾驶进行深入讲解。

ZJUT 2025 International Students Traffic Safety Education Conference was successfully held on the evening of Friday, October 17. The sessions took place at the  the Lecture Hall on the first floor of Cunzhong Building, Zhaohui Campus and the Lecture Hall on the first floor of Jianxing Building, Pingfeng Campus. The event featured presentations by Officer Li Zaiming from the Zhaohui Traffic Police Station and Officer Zhang Xiaowei from the Liuxia Traffic Police Station, who provided in-depth explanations on safe e-bike riding and defensive driving techniques.


讲解内容涵盖了骑行规范、头盔佩戴、路口观察、远离大型车辆等实用技巧，并结合真实事故案例，深刻解析了闯红灯、逆向行驶等行为的严重风险。警官们还介绍了电动车购买、上牌及二手交易的注意事项，帮助同学们理解合规用车的重要性，筑牢安全出行理念。

The content covered practical skills such as riding norms, helmet use, intersection observation, and keeping a safe distance from large vehicles. Using real accident cases, the officers analyzed the severe risks of running red lights and riding against traffic. They also outlined key considerations for purchasing, registering, and transferring e-bikes, helping students understand the importance of compliance and safe practices.

本次大会增强了国际新生的交通安全意识，为共建平安校园奠定了坚实基础。为切实维护校园及周边道路交通安全秩序，保障师生生命安全，国际学院近期将联合学校安保部及属地交警部门，开展电动自行车安全驾驶专项检查行动。

The conference effectively raised awareness of traffic safety among international freshmen, laying a solid foundation for a safer campus. In order to protect traffic safety on campus and in surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all students and faculty, the International College will soon collaborate with the University Security Department of Zhejiang University of Technology and local traffic police authorities to carry out a special inspection campaign on safe riding of e-bikes.

?? 请全体同学严格遵守交通法规，自觉做到：

1. 车辆合规合法：购买、使用符合国家《电动自行车安全技术规范》（新国标）的车辆，并及时办理并悬挂正式牌照。

2. 及时处置违规车辆：对于无牌、改装、超标等违规车辆，请立即自行处置与淘汰，不得在校园及公共道路行驶。

3. 佩戴头盔，不闯红灯，不逆行，不超速。

4. 规范停放，不乱停乱放，不堵塞消防通道。

5. 安全充电，杜绝“飞线充电”，不使用不合格电池。

?? Traffic Safety Notice: Compliance with E-bike Regulations

All students are hereby instructed to strictly adhere to traffic regulations and consciously observe the following rules:

1. Use Compliant E-bikes: Purchase and use only electric bicycles that meet the national Safety Technical Specification for E-bikes (the New GB Standard), and ensure they are properly registered with a official license plate displayed.

2. Dispose of Non-Compliant Vehicles: Immediately take initiatives to dispose of or phase out any non-compliant e-bikes (e.g., unlicensed, modified, or over-standard). Such vehicles are prohibited on campus and public roads.

3. Practice Safe Riding: Always wear a helmet. Do not run red lights, ride against traffic, or exceed speed limits.

4. Park Properly: Park your e-bike in designated areas. Do not park haphazardly or block fire lanes and emergency accesses.

5. Charge Safely: Charge batteries safely. Using cables extended from high-level outlets is strictly prohibited. The use of non-compliant or substandard batteries is forbidden.


交通安全无小事，防范意识驻心间。对于检查中发现的违规行为，学院将依据相关规定进行严肃处理。让我们携手同行，共筑平安畅通的校园环境。

Traffic safety is no minor matter; always keep safety awareness in mind. The International College will seriously handle any violations discovered during inspections in accordance with relevant regulations. Let’s work together to create a safe campus for all.
