This Chinese language program for learning Mandarin Chinese is designed for beginners to have a grasp of basic Chinese and communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Courses of Chinese Culture are incorporated into the language learning curriculum to help students learn the abundant Chinese culture. 1. Eligibility 1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health with no infectious disease. 2) Applicants should be under the age of 30. 2. Application Documents 1) Application form 2) Scanned copy of passport including photo page and visa page 3) 4 recent photos (passport size) 4) Resume 5) Senior High School Diploma (notarized copy in Chinese or English) 6) Transcripts for all courses in Senior High School (notarized copy in Chinese or English) 7) Physical Examination Record (issued within the last 6 Months) 8) Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 Months) 3. Fee Structure (RMB) 1) Tuition Fee: 6,800RMB (80% of the original Tuition Fee of 8,500 RMB) 2) Application Fee: 600 RMB 3) Physical Check-up Fee: 388 RMB 4) Insurance Fee: 400 RMB 5) Visa Fee: 400 RMB 6) Accommodation Fee: 1125 RMB/bed (4-sharing room) 6. Deadline for Application January 10, 2020 7. Registration Date of registration is from 27th to 28th February, 2020. Students should register within the stipulated time with X visa and all original documents. 8. Benefits Students who have completed this program will have 1） Preferential grant of scholarship for degree programs for international students 2） A partial tuition waiver of 6800 RMB for self-supporting degree programs 3） A total application fee waiver of 600 RMB 9.
