On September 17, International Education College ZCMU welcomed a delegation from University of Leuven led by Prof. Callewaert. The visit was designed for the students and academic researchers to get ideas about traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Tuina as well as the exchange of ideas on Medical Education.

  Jiang Jianfeng, Deputy Dean from International Affairs Office outlined to the guests the latest development of academic education at ZCMU especially the foster of TCM students. Lectures on general introduction to TCM and Pulse-taking as well as Acupuncture and Moxibustion were held, during which the basic concepts on TCM----Holism, Syndrome Differentiation,“Qi” and “He” were introduced in detail. Students also tried the Accupuncture treatment in person. A tour to the TCM Museum was also arranged.
