MPA of ZJNU first enrolled new students in 2005, which was one of the first universities in Zhejiang Province. By 2015 more than 1500 MPA students have graduated. With their comprehensive talents and untiring hard-working, most of them have now become the elites of their occupations.

This program is tailored for international students majoring in MPA. In order to make them know more about our Chinese culture and modernization at present, we try to tell them the processes, the key of the reform and opening-up practice during the past thirty years in China. At the basis of “Zhejiang Experience” and “Chinese Characteristics”, the theory and practice of modern Chinese public administration will be taught and discussed during the MPA courses.
