1、非中国籍公民，身心健康；

2、申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35 周岁；

3、申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40 周岁；

4、申请以中文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者，中文水平须达到《汉语水平考试》（HSK）五级180分以上；曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的申请人，可提交学校开具的“中文授课证明”，经我校认定后，无须提交《汉语水平考试》HSK成绩证明。

5、申请以英文文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者，须提交托福（80分及以上）或雅思（6.0分及以上）的成绩证明；曾使用英语为教学语言的申请人，可提交学校开具的“英语授课证明”，经我校认定后，无须提交英语成绩证明；英语为母语或国家官方语言为英语的申请人，经我校认定后，无须提交英语成绩证明。

6、同时符合我校相关专业学院在学术能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。

1. Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically. 

2. Be a bachelor’s degree holder with an excellent academic performance under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs.

3. Be a master’s degree holder with an excellent academic performance under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs.

4. Have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 5 with a score of 180 and up when applying for Chinese-taught master’s or doctoral programs. Applicants who have previously earned a degree from a Chinese university where Chinese was the medium of instruction may submit a “Medium of Instruction Certificate” issued by that university, once approved by our university, the HSK score report could be waived.

5. Have acquired the English proficiency of TOEFL with a score of 80 and above or IELTS with a score of 6.0 and above when applying for English-taught master’s or doctoral programs. Applicants who have previously earned a degree from a university or institution where English was the medium of instruction may submit a “Medium of Instruction Certificate” issued by that university or institution, once approved by our university, the English proficiency test score report could be waived. Native English speakers or applicants from countries where English is an official language may also be exempted from submitting English proficiency test scores upon approval by our university.

6. Meet the admission requirements of the relevant school or college of our university in terms of academic ability and other relevant criteria. 

资助内容包括学费、住宿费、在华生活费和综合医疗保险费。

专业学习资助期限与基本学习年限一致，硕士研究生为 2.5 或 3 年，博士研究生为4 年。

Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

（自本科阶段起）成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。

(From the undergraduate program onwards) Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, graduate (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. They can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translations if they are in foreign languages other than English;

申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请以英语为专业教学语言的申请人应提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单。

Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports in accordance with the corresponding Chinese proficiency requirements. Applicants for other language-taught programs shall provide relevant language proficiency certificates, like IELTS or TOFEL report;

应提交中/英文学习计划（1000 字以上），博士研究生须由中方导师签字，学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写。

A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words; the proposal of a doctoral student shall be signed by the applicant’s Chinese supervisor.

提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。

Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth, as well as the cooperation between the supervisors or the exchange between universities both in China and abroad.

申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者，需上传个人作品类材料（如影像、绘画作品等）。

To apply for majors related to art or design, applicants could submit their own works in the system.

年龄不满 18 周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

Applicants under the age of 18 should submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China.

申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项 目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）

The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months. (The original copy shall be kept by the applicant)

申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。

The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

1.申请人登录“浙江工业大学来华留学生申请系统”（下称“学校系统”，网址：https://zjut.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），注册并选择中国政府奖学金高水平研究生项目，完成线上申请，上传申请材料；

2.学校审核材料、安排考核，通过考核的申请人，学校为其出具《预录取通知书》;

3.申请者登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（下称“CSC系统”，网址：https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login），在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交《预录取通知书》及其他所需申请材料；

4.学校对已在“CSC 系统”提交奖学金申请的学生进行综合考评，确定推荐名单（5人）报送国家留学基金委；

5.国家留学基金委确定最终奖学金录取人选后，“CSC 系统”将公布录取结果，申请人可以自行登录系统查询；由学校将录取通知及材料发送至申请人。

1. The applicants login the application system of Zhejiang University of Technology (https://zjut.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx), register and choose the Chinese government scholarship High Level Graduate program, complete the online application, upload the application materials;

2. The school will review the materials and arrange the assessment. The school will issue the "Pre-admission letter" for the applicants who pass the assessment;

3. The applicants login CSC application system (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login), fill in the Chinese government scholarship application form online and submit "Pre-admission letter" other required application materials;

4. The university will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the students who have submitted scholarship applications in the CSC application System, and determine the recommendation list (5) to submit to the China Scholarship Council;

5. The CSC system will announce the admission result after the CSC has confirmed the candidates for the scholarship, and the applicants can log in the system to check by themselves; The school will send the admission notice and materials to the applicant.
