一、项目介绍 | Project Introduction

该课程为汉语言进修项目（一学期/一学年项目），课程内容包括汉语言和中国文化等。
This course is a Chinese language program(one semester/ one year program), including topics such as Chinese language and culture.

二、申请时间 | Application Duration

2026年春季学期：预计10月至12月
Spring Semester 2026: Estimated from October to December

（2026年春季项目名额有限，额满后申请系统将立即关闭，届时无法再提交任何申请。因此，请务必在系统中成功提交申请后，再缴纳报名费。）
(Due to limited vacancies of 2026 Spring Program, once all vacancies are filled, the application system will be closed immediately, at which point no further applications can be submitted. Therefore, please be sure to pay the application fee only after you have successfully submitted your application in the system.)

三、申请资格 | Eligibility

  1. 年龄在18-60岁之间，身心健康、品行端正的非中国籍公民；
    Non Chinese citizens aged between 18 and 60, with good physical and mental conditions and good conduct.
  2. 应当具有高中毕业同等学力；
    Should have the same academic qualifications as graduating from high school.
  3. 在读语言生，申请我校汉语言项目，需有结业证明原件及出勤率达到90%及以上；
    For students who are currently studying in Chinese language programs in China, if they want to apply for the Chinese language program of our school, they need to have the original copy of the completion certificate and an attendance rate of 90% or above.
  4. 已在中国获得过学位或就读语言项目超过两年的国际生，不能申请本项目。
    This program is not eligible for International students who have already obtained a degree in China or have been enrolled in Chinese language programs in China for more than two years.


四、申请流程及所需材料 | Application Process and Required Materials

步骤一：登录申请系统 http://hzic.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx （推荐使用谷歌浏览器）。
Step 1: Log in to the application system: http://hzic.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx

步骤二：注册您的个人账号（@126.com / @163.com/ @qq.com 推荐）。
Step 2: Register and activate your account; (@126.com/@163.com/@qq.com recommended )

步骤三：登录个人账号，完善信息，并按照指示将以下文件（扫描件）上传至申请系统。
Step 3: Complete the information, and follow the instructions to upload the following files (scanned copies) to the application system.

  1. 最高学历证书和课程成绩单
    The highest academic certificate and course transcript;
  2. 有效护照
    Valid passport;
  3. 2寸照片
    2 inch photo；
  4. 《外国人体格检查表》（有效期6个月内，模板见附件）
    Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form(within a 6-month validity period; please refer to the attachment below);
  5. 无犯罪记录证明（有效期6个月内）
    Non-criminal record(within a 6-month validity period);
  6. 申请费汇款收据
    Application fee remittance receipt.
  7. 已在中国就读过语言的学生，须提供结业证明原件及出勤率证明（报到时须出示原件）
    For students who have enrolled in Chinese language programs in China before: the original copy of the completion certificate and an attendance rate of 90% or above(original copies are required to provide on registration date).

2. Payment method: bank transfer or remittance

2.1请将报名费、学费和住宿费全额汇到学校的银行账户并在报到时提交银行汇款凭证原件。学校不接受现金支付。
Please transfer the full amount of registration fees, tuition fees, and accommodation fees to the official bank account and submit the original remittance voucher. Cash payment is unacceptable.
2.2新生从境外汇款时,必须在备注栏填写学生姓名、护照号码、费用名称（例如：张三，xxxxxx，报名费）。
When transferring money from abroad, please fill in the student's name, passport number, and the type of the fee (e.g. Sam, xxxxxx, application fee) in the remarks field.
2.3到校报到时请将汇款凭证提前上传至国际学生系统，以便进行学费确认。
Please upload the remittance voucher to the international student system in advance when you arrive at school for tuition confirmation.
2.4请将学费和住宿费汇入以下学校账户，汇款时请注明：

六、审核录取 | Review Admission

  1. 国际教育学院招生办公室将对申请进行审核。
    The Admissions Office of the College of International Education will review the application.
  2. 申请人应自行在系统中查询申请状态，并在必要时补充文件。
    Applicants should check the application status in the system and supplement documents if necessary.
  3. 被录取学生将获得录取通知书和签证申请材料。
    Admitted students will receive admission notices and visa application materials.
