为了提高来华留学生暑假交通安全意识, 特作如下提示: To improve the traffic safety awareness of international students in China during the summer vacation, the following reminders are provided: 电瓶车安全骑行 Safe Riding of Electric Bicycles 1.请行驶合规的电瓶车,车辆需要上牌,不得对电瓶车进行外观、电池、线路改装。 Please use compliant electric bicycles; Electric bicycles need to be registered, and modifications to the appearance, battery, or wiring of electric bicycles are not allowed. 2.在道路上骑电动车时,请带好头盔。请不要骑车带人,避免追逐竞驶。在校园内请低速行驶(最高时速不得超过20公里/小时)。 When riding an electric bicycle on the road, please wear a helmet. Do not carry passengers on the bicycle, and avoid racing or chasing. Ride at low speeds within the campus (maximum speed should not exceed 20 km/h).
3.请在充电站给电瓶车充电。严禁将电池带到宿舍内充电。 Please charge electric bicycles at the charging stations. It is strictly forbidden to bring batteries into dormitories for charging. 4.外出时要注意交通安全。遵守道路交通安全法行驶,不得闯红灯、逆向行驶、超速行驶、超载行驶。非机动车禁止在机动车道行驶。 Pay attention to traffic safety when riding out. Follow the Road Traffic Safety Laws; do not run red lights, drive in the wrong direction, speed, or overload. Electric bicycles are prohibited from driving in motor vehicle lanes.
机动车安全出行 Safe Driving of Motor Vehicles 1. 学校所在区域是杭州禁摩区,不得行驶燃油摩托车。 The area where the school is located is a motorcycle-restricted zone in Hangzhou. Fuel motorcycles are not allowed to drive. 2.未持有效的《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证》,不得驾驶机动车辆。国际驾驶证不能直接使用,须经过考试并获取中国政府签发的机动车驾驶证方可驾驶机动车辆。 Those without a valid Chinese motor vehicle driver’s license are not allowed to drive motor vehicles.
