Let’s capture the essence of Hangzhou in motion! Hangzhoufeel Creative Short Video Contest is inviting you to showcase the unique charm and vibrant culture of this dynamic city through your lens. Celebrating Hangzhou's 2024 Citizens' Day, this event invites creators worldwide to submit original short videos that embody their unique interpretation of the ‘Hangzhou Feel’—be it through its stunning scenery, rich culture, tasty food, interesting folk tales, historical landmarks, cutting-edge technology and more. Organizers: Guided by: Information Office of Hangzhou Municipality Hosted by: Hangzhou International Communication Center The City Express Submission period: April 28 to August 10, 2024 How to submit: Participants should send the original work and registration form with a signed letter of commitment to the organizing committee's email: hangzhoufeelvideo@126.com, or submit them through the organizing unit. (Go to Hangzhoufeel WeChat account to download the form.) Submission Requirements: 1. The work should highlight your creativity and be filmed from a unique perspective, and it should not exceed 5 minutes in length. 2. The video must have clear visuals without logos, watermarks, or other identifiers. The video resolution must be 1280x720 or higher. Only MOV and MP4 file formats are accepted. 3. Diverse presentation styles are encouraged. The language of the video is not limited, but if it is in a language other than Chinese or English, subtitles in either Chinese or English must be included. 4. The work must be original and have clear copyrights for visuals, music, fonts, and portrait rights. 5. The content of the work should closely align with the theme and avoid any content related to violence, racism, etc., as well as any form of advertising. 6. Each submitting entity can submit up to three works. Award: "Most Creative Short Video Award": 1 winner, 100,000 RMB prize (pre-tax); "Best Advanced Short Video Award": 5 winners, 10,000 RMB prize each (pre-tax); "Outstanding Work Finalist Award": 20 winners, each awarded a certificate; "Best Organization Award": 10 winners, each awarded a certificate. Please note: 1. By submitting your work, you authorize the organizers to use it for exhibition and city promotion purposes, including but not limited to exhibitions, conferences, offline media, online media platforms, and related venues. 2. Copyright and dissemination rights for the winning work of the "Most Creative Short Video Award" will belong to the organizers. The dissemination rights for other winning works also belong to the organizers. Both parties will sign relevant authorization agreements. 3.
