On May 10, the reporter learned from Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department that the public security organs in the province will speed up the upgrading of the Law Enforcement and Case Management Center to empower it and increase its efficiency through digital reform and continuously improve the level of the rule of law in public security work and the credibility of law enforcement. This effort is designed to allow people to get a keen sense of fairness and justice in every case and every matter handled.

The Law Enforcement and Case Management Center is an important part of the creation of the “public security brain” in the digital reform of the province. The public security organs in the province will promote the creation of a new ecology for modern law enforcement and case handling that features “collecting evidence without going out, saving people’s trouble of personal visits, connecting departments through the network, and supervising the whole process” by upgrading the law enforcement and case management center.

The Law Enforcement and Case Management Center will continue to deepen the system integration, identify the reform directions, build a digital governance and multiple collaboration model, and vigorously promote the digital management of law enforcement sources. It will continue to deepen intelligent supervision, rely on the construction of the “Zhejiang Police Intelligence Governance” platform, and use digital means to achieve the whole-process, all-round, and refined management of law enforcement elements to promote the intelligent generation of law enforcement portraits, the intelligent assessment of law enforcement status, the intelligent push of law enforcement training, and the intelligent construction of data models. It will continue deepening the multi-sectional collaboration and start by the administrative law enforcement reform of the “grand comprehensive integration” to actively build multi-scenario actual combat applications to ensure the implementation and effect of the reform.
