On 17^th August, the TCM Summer Camp for students from University Of Coimbra unveiled. Jiang Jianfeng, Deputy Director of International Affairs Office, Wang Ying, Deputy Dean of International Education College, Chen Xiaoqian, Director of Non-Degree Program attended the opening ceremony.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, as one of the characteristics of the summer camp brought a whole new medical world to the students. Students were attracted by the mysterious theories and treatments of TCM and amazed at Acupuncture, Tuina, Cupping Therapy and Guasha which are typical treatments of TCM. Meanwhile, students also learned Chinese Language, Calligraphy, pottery making and Guzheng, a traditional Chinese musical instrument. Those are just a tip of iceberg of Chinese culture.

In closing ceremony, students said that they saw possibilities of combining western and Chinese medicine in their future medical career.
