The degree point started national enrollment in 2014 which aims to cultivate high-level professional and practical talents with systematic expertise and strong artistic understanding and expressive performance in documentaries, TV programs and screenplays. It now has 12 tutors, including 3 professors, 9 associate professors, 6 doctors, 2 with third-grade “151” talent honor in Zhejiang province and 1 school-level subject leader.

In recent years, it has undertaken 3 programs of National Social Science Fund, 8 provincial and ministerial projects, 1 program of ministries and commissions, and a number of programs of local departments with a total amount of more than 800 thousand yuan. More than 40 papers were published in authoritative and first-level journals. 2 academic monographs were published, and hundreds of papers were published in second-level journals and above. 1 program was awarded the third prize of outstanding social science achievement, and 1 was awarded at bureau level. A number of commissioned projects have been obtained from enterprises and institutions, and many corporate image research and micro video production projects have been undertaken. Films, micro films and documentaries have been produced here, all of which have been highly thought of and well received in the society.
