We offer a four-year BA undergraduate program. We are authorized to admit undergraduate students from 2007 by the Ministry of Education of China. We are among the first seven universities in China and the first one in Zhejiang Province entitled to run BA undergraduate program of Translation and Interpreting, and we are the biggest one in Zhejiang Province.

    We have won the honors as the University Distinguishing Program in 2008, the Provincial Prior Supporting Program in 2009, and the Provincial Star Program in 2014. With the development of about a decade, we have formed a chain pattern of the Undergraduate Program, Master Program of Translation and Interpretation (MTI) and Master Program of Translation Studies.

    We have 11 teachers, including 4 associate professors and 5 senior instructors. We also have the talents honored as the provincial 151 elites, 1 provincial prominent teacher, 2 provincial star-teachers, 1 university academic leading teacher, 2 university core teachers, 4 university star-teachers.

    By following the idea of “vision broadening and ethic advocating, truth pursuing and faith keeping ”, we devote to nurture high-qualified translation and interpretation talents under the guide of the strategic plan of taking the locality as the foothold, covering the Yangtze River Delta Zone, aiming at the whole nation, and orienting to the world.
