1. 申请条件Requirements

申请人年龄在18至30周岁，身体健康，品行良好，无犯罪记录，具有相当于中国高中毕业及以上学历，遵守中国政府法律和学校规章制度，尊重中国文化及风俗习惯。申请专科学历教育，要求汉语水平达到中国汉语水平考试规定等级HSK3级及以上。无证书学生可先申请来我校学习旅游汉语课程，通过HSK3级考试后再申请专科学历教育。

    The applicants have to be 18-30 years old with non-criminal record and in good health condition, possessing educational degree equivalent to Chinese high school or above, complying with the laws of China, rules and regulations of TCZJ as well as respecting Chinese culture and customs. Applicants who apply for diploma study are required to pass the test of HSK 3 or above. Beginners are suggested to apply for Tourism Chinese Course first.

2. 申请时间Dates of Application

春季入学报名时间Enrollment time in spring：

每年10月1日至11月30日。次年2月底开学，学期约4个月。

From October 1 to November 30 every year. The term will begin at the end of February of the next year, and lasts about 4 months.

秋季入学报名时间Enrollment time in autumn：

每年3月1日至4月30日。当年9月初开学，学期约4个月。

From March 1 to April 30 every year. The term will begin at September of the year, and lasts about 4 months.

3. 申请资料Application Documents

（1）浙江旅游职业学院来华留学生入学申请表 

Students Application Form of TCZJ

（2）申请人护照扫描件或复印件

Scanning copy or photocopy of applicant's passport

（3）最后学历证明或者高中成绩单 

Highest Education diploma or high school transcript

（4）无犯罪证明（须经中华人民共和国驻外使馆认证）

Certification of No Illegal Behavior and Crime (subject to the authentication of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China)

（5）个人健康声明（注明是否曾感染新冠病毒）Healthy Statement (Indicate if you have been infected with COVID-19)

（6）电子证件照Electronic ID photo

（7）申请专科学历教育须提交HSK考试证书扫描件或复印件

Scanning copy or photocopy of HSK examination certificate is required for applying for vocational diploma education

（8）转学生需提交转学证明

Transferring students will need to submit related certificates.

（9）可提供其他相关材料，如单位或个人推荐信、工作证明等。

  Other materials, if available, such as Letter of Recommendation, certificates of working experience.

4. 入学程序Admission Procedure

步骤一：申请入学，将申请资料发送至TCZJFAO@tourzj.edu.cn邮箱；

Step 1: Apply for admission. Send the application documents to email address tczjfao@tourzj.edu.cn;

步骤二：接受面试，申请人按时接受视频或现场面试；

Step 2: Interview. Applicant should attend interview on time;

步骤三：录取通知，申请人将在面试后15天内收到面试结果和录取通知，按要求提交办理《录取通知书》、JW202表所需材料；

Step 3: Acceptance notice. Applicants will receive the interview result and acceptance notice within 15 days after interview, and should submit the materials for handling the acceptance notice and JW202 form as required;

步骤四：报到入学，在规定时间持《录取通知书》、JW202表到学校国际教育学院报到；

Step 4: Arrival. Applicants should come to the International Education Department of TCZJ with the admission notice and JW202 form at specified time on the admission notice.

步骤五：参加体检，到指定医院自费体检；

Step 5: Physical examination. Applicants should go to the designated hospital for physical examination at his/her own expense.

步骤六：正式注册，经体检合格，缴纳学费、住宿费，填写入学注册信息后予以注册。

Step 6: Admission registration. Applicants will make admission registration after physical examination, tuition and accommodation fees payment and related information providing.

5. 注意事项Notes

来华留学生应在入境后24小时内，持《录取通知书》、JW202表到学校国际教育学院报到。因故不能按时报到的，须提前向国际教育学院提交有本人签名书面说明，否则将取消入学资格。

International students should come to the International Education Department of TCZJ with the admission notice and JW202 form within 24 hours after entering China. For anyone who are unable to report on time must submit a written explanation with signature to the International Education Department of TCZJ in advance, otherwise the admission will be cancelled.
