This major will develop and cultivate advanced engineering professionals, who have the characteristics of solid and broad theoretical foundation (including electronics, computer, information processing, etc.), independent learning and research skills, good innovation ability, high professional quality, strong practical capability, as well as good attainment of social and literature abilities. The students of this major will master the basic and necessary principles and methods utilized in the electronic science and technology and related disciplines. They will have a strong ability to solve practical problems in Engineering, in the field of electronic information. There is a certain amount of research results published, and management jobs in the electrical engineering areas.
